I took my mother and my 5 year old son on this train ride, we booked the deluxe car which was comfortable and roomy. The check in is easy, you collect your ticket across the street. There are restroom in front of the trains where you board, they are very clean. Staff was excellent, so friendly, I had a lady show me different train cars and give me info on them, they have a snack car which is chips, cookies, candy, pop, water and chips, prices were cheap as well which is great. They take credit card. There are no. Bathrooms for the 1 and 15 minute train ride. Also there is a very nice young lady who done balloon animals for anyone who wanted one, she was so friendly & nice. The rain kind rocks back and forth but you don’t feel it while standing, so if you lose balance easily or have trouble walking I wouldn’t recommend trying to travel to the snack car. You are allowed to bring your own snack and drinks. Also there is an ice crème place across the street which we didn’t go there but I heard they have really good ice crème. This is a very family friendly experience. We will be going back and bringing the rest of my kids and maybe some friends. I’ve now been on a train ride so now I can cross this off my bucket list. 10/10 would highly recommend ☺️😊👏👏👏👏

We did the murder mystery train ride. It was fun. The actors were great and some of the guests were really into role playing. There were lots of extra seats and this may have caused more people to participate actively than wanted to. I would have preferred to be an observer only, but this might not be an option.

bad organization when it comes to checking in for your event, getting your ticket (an index car with your name on it?), and boarding.
Would be super cool to get some fuax looking tickets.
Train runs at about a brisk walking pace but does pick up speed in some places. They have to go slow since some road crossings don’t have crossing guards.
So do not go if it’s summer it’s a bit hot.
The wine was very good on the wine and cheese train, they had three selections of wine, However for $50 per ticket I would hope they would have done better than a plastic charcuterie board from the local grocery store. I get it though. It’s an old (and pretty cool) train so it’s tough.
Not super duper scenic. I did like going over the train bridges it was neat.
The actual town though is beautiful.
Overall just a bit let down. Maybe I’m just not a train guy.
I will say the young gentleman in charge of our car was WONDERFUL. energetic, extremely nice and social. Made everyone comfortable and cracking jokes. He was a great dude. The only positive of the experience.
Edit: His name was Wyatt. GEM of a human. Wife and I loved him and the personality he brought to the car. Pay this guy more, he genuinely loved being there and interacting with us.

The employees were amazing and did such a great wonderful job on the super hero adventure. Highly disappointed about paying for air conditioning train which was broken down and they only offered beverages which was a warm water. They did not off to refund the extra for air conditioning which was about 25 for 3 tickets. The fans inside either did not work or they didn't turn them on. The ride was ok but not very scenic just some fields and buildings. My son enjoyed himself and the workers doing such an amazing job

Went on the Sweetest Day wine and cheese train with my girlfriend. We loved the vintage rolling stock. Check in process was easy. Staff was extremely friendly. Happily refilled our wine several times. Price wasn't bad at all. Met some cool fellow passengers on the ride. Only downside was no restroom on train which wasn't mentioned beforehand. Not a huge deal but something to keep in mind before boarding. There are restrooms conveniently located near the boarding area. Overall great experience and we will do more of their excursions. Highly recommend
